Refund Policy – Al Mirzaan Perfumes

Thank you for shopping with Al Mirzaan Perfumes, a registered brand under NT ESSENCE LLP. We always aim to deliver premium-quality products with professional service. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided.

✅ 1. Refund Eligibility Refunds are only issued in the following valid cases:

✅ a. Damaged Product Received If your perfume arrives broken, leaked, or physically damaged, you may request a refund or replacement.

✅ b. Wrong Product Delivered If you receive a different product from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

✅ c. Product Out of Stock If your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, the full amount will be refunded.

✅ d. Cancellation Before Dispatch If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you are eligible for a full refund of prepaid or COD booking amount.

✅ 2. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

❌ Fragrance preference (not liking the scent)

❌ Orders cancelled after dispatch

❌ Claims without an unboxing video and proof

❌ Minor packaging variations

Perfumes are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

✅ 3. Mandatory Proof for Refunds To process refund claims for damaged or wrong products, customers must provide: Clear unboxing video (not edited) Photos showing the issue Order number and customer details Claims without valid proof cannot be approved.

✅ 4. Refund Processing Time Once your refund request is verified: Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days Amount is credited to your original payment method COD booking amount (₹99) is refundable if the order is cancelled before dispatch Bank delays may extend the timeline in rare cases.

✅ 5. Prepaid Order Refunds If you paid online through UPI, card, net banking, or wallet: Refund will be sent directly to the original payment method You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once processed

✅ 6. COD (Cash on Delivery) Refunds For COD orders: The ₹99 booking amount is refundable only if the order is cancelled before shipping If damaged or wrong product is delivered, refund will be processed as per policy

✅ 7. Replacement Option Instead of Refund Customers may choose replacement instead of refund if stock is available. Replacements are shipped with priority.
