✅ 1. General These Terms govern all purchases, website usage, and customer interactions with Al Mirzaan Perfumes. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under parental supervision.

✅ 2. Product Information All product descriptions, images, and details on our website are for representation purposes only. Actual packaging, color, or scent strength may slightly vary due to lighting or batch variation. Perfumes cannot be exchanged or returned once opened due to hygiene and safety standards.

✅ 3. Pricing & Payments All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and secure online payment methods. COD (Cash on Delivery) is available with a mandatory ₹99 booking amount. Al Mirzaan reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

✅ 4. Orders & Confirmation An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD booking amount. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to: Unverified or incomplete details High-risk transactions Stock unavailability In such cases, the customer will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed.

✅ 5. Shipping & Delivery We offer free shipping across India. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & holidays). Delivery timeframe: 3–7 working days, depending on location. Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festival seasons, or unforeseen events. Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via SMS/Email.

✅ 6. Returns, Replacement & Damage Policy Returns are only accepted for valid cases such as damaged or incorrect products. Customers must share an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery for verification. Perfumes cannot be returned due to personal fragrance preference. Replacement will be provided after verification. Refunds are issued only if we are unable to replace or deliver the product.

✅ 7. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. COD booking amount is refundable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
